HOC 2025 Fall Home Tour

For 2025, the HOC Fall Home Tour features seven incredible homes and two bonus commercial properties. All will be open October 25 and 26 from noon to 5 p.m. The neighborhoods represented include Kessler Park, East Kessler, Kessler Plaza, Kiestwood Estates, Kings Highway, Stevens Park Village and Lake Cliff. There is something for everybody on the tour so bring your friends, neighbors and family!

The Fall Home Tour is a vital event for Oak Cliff. Funds raised support Oak Cliff neighborhoods through HOC grants for neighborhood beautification, street sign toppers, tree reforestation, neighborhood websites, community events and more. Last year, the tour raised over $50,000!

As always, HOC members get a discount by purchasing tickets in advance. There's also a special Patron ticket which includes the tour (both days) and admission to the October 23 Patron Party at an East Kessler home.

Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at Ticket Central located at the Kessler School (1822 W. 10th Street) from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25 or Sunday, October 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets cannot be picked up at individual tour homes.
